Amberly is a large, 1000+-acre master-planned, family-friendly, and diverse Cary community located in western Wake County. The neighborhood is very walkable and there is a retail center within the community which includes restaurants, a medical office, a nail salon, a coffee shop and a juice bar and more.
This subdivision consists of seven unique neighborhoods. Home styles throughout the community are wide and varied and include everything from custom single-family homes, to executive townhomes with elevators to more affordable single-family homes or townhomes. Home prices range from the lower $200,000s to the $800,000s. All the homes in Amberly are in Wake County except the Carolina Preserve, which is a 55-and-older Del Webb community.
The focal point of the community is the $8.5 million clubhouse, which offers a fully outfitted fitness center, gymnasium, children’s activity area, and an aerobics room. The community swimming pool offers a 16-foot figure-eight style slide, a splash zone for smaller children, a six-lane junior Olympic pool for lap swimming, swim lessons, and other aquatic programs.
